Akshay Kumar starrer Bell Bottom is releasing in theaters in 2D and 3D on August 19, 2021 and even with movie theaters remaining shut in over half of the country, pre-booking for the movie seems to be going strong. Cinema halls in Akshay's home-turf of Mumbai have not re-opened owing to the ongoing pandemic but in other major cities like Delhi, Jaipur, where theaters have been allowed to function at 50% capacity, movie-buffs seem excited for experiencing the big screen once again.

MAI requests the @mygovMaha @mybmc to let cinemas open and operate, as closure of cinemas in Maharashtra has impacted millions of jobs in the Film Industry, hurting not only businesses but also livelihoods of people.
