Actor Sivakarthikeyan is currently shooting for his upcoming movie Don at Anaimalai near Coimbatore. On Sunday, a large number of fans are said to have gathered to watch the shooting, thereby attracting the attention of the Coimbatore district police.

Now, a case has been filed against 31 members of the Don crew including director Cibi Chakravathy, not only flouting COVID protocols but also not obtaining permission from the local panchayat for filming.

A fine of Rs 19, 400 is also said to have been imposed on the crew for not following the standard operating procedures for filming during the pandemic.
