Over the weekend, Sun Pictures officially announced the cast list of their upcoming movie Beast which stars Vijay and Pooja Hegde in the lead. An action-entertainer directed by Nelson Dhilipkumar, Beast now also stars director Selvaraghavan in an important role. 

Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko along with Aparna Das, Ankur Ajit Vikal, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh and Liliput Faruqi are also a part of the film's cast. Selvaraghavan and Shine Tom Chacko are said to be playing antagonists in the movie, which is currently being shot at Chennai.
