Sun Pcitures's Annaatthe which stars Rajinikanth in the lead will release in theaters on November 4, 2021. The makers are sticking to the big screens despite the pandemic. The latest update about the film is that, the team has planned to launch the first look poster of the film on August 12.

If all goes as planned, fans can expect the first proper first look of superstar starrer on August 12, a day before the director's birthday.

Annaatthe also stars Keerthy Suresh Nayanthara, Meena and Khushbu in pivotal roles and has D. Imman for music. The film will be Rajinikanth's Diwali treat for fans 26 years after his 1995 release Muthu.
