One of Suriya's upcoming movies which fans are highly interested in is Vaadivaasal with directed Vetrimaaran and producer Kalaipuli S Thanu's V Creations. Previously we had reported that the movie will begin shooting in July but a latest update on the movie suggests that filming will begin only by September, 2021.

The movie is based on the theme of 'Jallikattu' and thus involves scenes involving a lot of junior artistes. Currently shooting of Tamil movies is allowed only with a 100-people crew and hence the makers have delayed the filming plans.

A movie adaptation of a C.S. Chellappa novel of the same, Vaadivaasal is expected to feature Suriya in dual roles, playing two generation of bull tamers.
