Dulquer Salmaan plays a police officer in the upcoming cop thriller Salute, which is directed by Roshan Andrrews. Earlier this month, the shooting for the film was wrapped and post-production work for the movie had begun. With COVID-19 gripping Kerala as much as other parts of the country, actor Dulquer Salmaan took to twitter to share a special message.

The actor also unveiled a new poster from the movie in the process. "Some day when all this passes, we will get back to making movies that you all want to watch. And when you do, just maybe, for those brief moments it will be like none of this ever happened", read Dulquer Salmaan's tweet. 

Salute has Bollywood actress Diana Penty playing female lead. Dulquer Salmaan, plays SI Aravind Karunakaran in the movie and the technical crew includes Santhosh Narayanan for music and Sreekar Prasad for the edits.
