After a gap of nearly three years, actor-politician Pawan Kalyan is gearing up for a theatrical release with Vakeel Saab, which releases on April 9, 2021. It has now been revealed that the movie has cleared censor with an U/A. The movie comes with a run time of 2 hours 34 minutes. 

A Telugu remake of the critically acclaimed 2016 Hindi movie Pink, Vakeel Saab will see Pawan Kalyan in the role of a lawyer, a first for the actor. Actor Prakash Raj plays defense lawyer in this one, while the female characters are portrayed by Nivetha Thomas, Anjali and Ananya Nagalia.

Pink followed a court-room trial of a girl living with two other friends, after she gets molested by guys with high-profile links. A retired lawyer helps fight the case who also brings out the society's double standards in judging a man and a woman.
