Vasanthabalan, who has National and State award winning films like Veyil and Angaadi Theru to his directorial credit recently announced beginning a production house with some friends from his school days. The banner called Urban Boyz Studios will be producing a Vasanthabalan directorial as their first film.

Kaithi, Master actor Arjun Das will be playing lead in this movie and this was officially announced today. The movie, though not officially confirmed is said to be a remake of The Lift Boy, a 2019 drama based on an Indian family.
