Producer Kathiresan of Polladhavan, Aadukalam and Jigarthanda fame is making his debut as a director with a film titled Rudhran, which went on floors recently at Chennai. Raghava Lawrence and Priya Bhavani Shankar play leads in the movie and they are sharing screen-space together for the first time. 

Rudhran will be a step away for Raghava Lawrence from the horror genre and has G.V. Prakash for music.
