Post the success of Pyaar Prema Kadhal, director Elan got an offer to remake the film in Hindi however citing the pandemic condition, the plan was put on hold.

Now the latest news is that director Elan, Composer Yuvan Shankar and actor Harish Kalyan, the director - composer and actor Trio is back once again for a new film, which will be produced by Screen Scene.

Titled as Hey, the film will see the Pyaar Prema Kadhal trio once again teaming up for a Rom Com film. The makers have unveiled an poster to confirm the same.
