The makers of actor Prabhas' upcoming sci-fi movie co-starring Deepika Padukone have officially announced that Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has joined the cast of their film. The announcement was made after director Nag Ashwin promised Prabhas' fans of a 'killer update' and producers Vyjayanthi Films confirmed the same.

The movie is expected to start rolling from 2021 and will be released in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil. Veteran Singeetam Srinivasa Rao is serving as an official mentor to the project.
