It has been finally announced that Thumbi Thullal, the A.R. Rahman composed first single from Vikram's upcoming movie Cobra will be out on June 29, 2020 (Monday) at 5 PM. The announncement came from the official handle of producers 7 Screen Studios who tweeted,

Directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, Cobra has Srinidhi Shetty playing female lead and also stars cricketer Irfan Pathan, Mrinalini, Malayalam actor Lal, Kanika, Padmapriya, Babu Antony among others. From the new poster it is presumed that the song will be a duet featured on both the lead actors.
