Nishabdham / Silence is an upcoming thriller which has actors Madhavan and Anushka Shetty playing the main lead roles. The  long-pending film which was initially scheduled for release on January 31 will now hit the screens on April 2, 2020. 

R Madhavan will be seen playing a blind musician in Nishabdham while Anushka Shetty is playing the role of a mute artist. The teaser of the film was released recently and earned good appreciation from both critics and audience. This ambitious project is said to be the first South-Hollywood cross over film with Hollywood actor Michael Madsen playing an important role.

The movie also stars Anjali and Shalini Pandey in pivotal roles.  Directed by  Hemant Madhukar, the movie has music composed by Gopi Sundar. The film is produced by Kona Venkat and People Media Factory’s TG Vishwaprasad jointly. Nishabdham will be released in five Indian languages - Telugu, Tamil, Malyalam, Hindi and English.
