The makers of Laal Kaptaan have released the film's trailer online. Unveiling the trailer on their social media handle, Eros Now wrote, "From ashes to ashes, from dust to dust - no hiding from #LaalKaptaan's vengeance, in this we trust. Be a part of his deadly HUNT! #HuntBegins18Oct". The first chapter of the film has been titled 'The Hunt'. Sonakshi Sinha has done the voice over narration in the trailer will be seen in a cameo role in the film as well.

Saif Ali Khan who essays the role of a 'Naga Sadhu' is seen as a ruthless assassin in this revenge drama. Directed by Navdeep Singh of 'NH10 fame' the trailer looks raw and rustic. The film produced by Eros International and Aanand L Rai's Colour Yellow Productions also stars Deepak Dobriyal, Zoya Hussain and Manav Vij. It will hit the screens on 18th October 2019.
