Megastar Chiranjeevi's Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is one of the most awaited films this year. The magnum opus is set to hit the screens on October 2. Excel Entertainment has joined hands with AA Films to present the most expensive and ambitious project 'Sye Raa' in Hindi.

Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani who jointly own the production house Excel Entertainment made the announcement on the social media handle. They wrote, "Excel Entertainment and AA Films proudly present the EPIC #SyeRaaNarasimhaReddy in association with Konidela Productions starring the GREATEST Indian ensemble cast of all time."

Ram Charna's Konidela Pro Company also confirmed the new on their social media page. They tweeted, "We are happy to be associated with @excelmovies, @FarOutAkhtar @ritesh_sid, @AAFilmsIndia for the Hindi release of our prestigious venture, #SyeRaaNarasimhaReddy! Can't wait for the entire world to witness this epic drama. #SyeRaa"

The production house also made an announcement regarding the release of the film's making video on social media. They wrote, "Make way for the Megastar’s #SyeRaaNarasimhaReddy... #SyeRaaMaking video at 3:45 PM tomorrow."

Lady Superstar Nayanthara plays the leading lady. The films boasts of an ensemble cast that includes Tamannaa Bhatia, Amitabh Bachchan, Jagapati Babu, Vijay Sethupathi, Kichcha Sudeep who play pivotal roles. The movie is based on the life of of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy from Rayalaseema. The film directed by Surender Reddy and produced by Ram Charan has been made on a budget of Rs 200 crore. Amit Trivedi is scoring the music.
