Ranarangam starring Sharwanand, Kalyani Priyadarshan and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles is gearing up for release on August 15 on the occasion of Independence Day. The makers have released the trailer of the film on Sunday in a trailer launch event. 

The gangster drama will chronicle the life of a gangster (essayed by Sharwanand) during the 90s to the present day and how he evolves and changes with time. Sharwanand will sport two different looks in the film. Produced by Suryadeva Naga Vamsi, the techncial team includes cinematography by Divakar Mani and editing by Navin Nooli. 

Adivi Sesh, Regina Cassandra starrer suspense thriller film Evaru is also releasing in theatres for Independence Day.
