The Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of Ajith Kumar’s Nerkonda Paarvai which is scheduled for worldwide release on August 8 has been snapped by G. Srinivasan of S. Pictures and K. Rajamannar of Kanthaswamy Arts Centre. The movie's distribution rights in the state was a point of debate for a long time and this comes as a sigh of relief for fans who have been eagerly awaiting the movie.

Helmed by H. Vinoth, Nerkonda Paarvai has an ensemble star-cast comprising of Vidya Balan, Shraddha Srinath, Rangaraj Pandey, and Abhirami Venkatachalam (of Bigg Boss fame), Adhik Ravichandran, Arjun Chidambaram and few others. The film is produced by Bayview Project LLP owned by Boney Kapoor in association with Zee Studios.
