Jagapathi Babu walks out of Mahesh Babu's Sarileru Neekevvaru and here's why!

If reports are to be believed, versatile actor Jagapathi Babu is no more part of Mahesh Babu's upcoming film Sarileru Neekevaru. Jagapathi Babu has opted out of the film due to creative differences between him and the director. According to sources, he was not happy with the way his role has been etched and was also concerned about his total screen-time which led him to walk away from the film.

The makers however have found a replacement for Jagapathi Babu by roping in Prakash Raj who has readily agreed to come on-board. Sarileru Neekevaru went on floors recently in Kashmir. Mahesh Babu essays the role of an Army officer for the first time in his career and his character in the film is called Ajay Krishna

Directed by Anil Ravipudi, Rashmika Mandanna plays the leading lady. Vijayashanthi and Bandla Ganesh are making a comeback with this film that also stars Rajendra Prasad, Murali Sharma in key roles. The movie jointly produced by Anil Sunkara and Dil Raju is scheduled for Sankranthi 2020 release.
