It was reported a while ago that Malayalam filmmaker Jeethu Joseph who has directed Papanasam and Arathu Sinam in Tamil, is gearing up to wield the megaphone for a Tamil film soon. It was also said that actors Karthi and his sister-in-law Jyothika have been roped in to play lead roles in this film.
Latest update on this project is that, Malayalam actor Anson Paul who was seen in movies like Remo (playing Keerthy Suresh's fiance) and 90 ML (playing Oviya's boyfriend) has been added to the cast of this yet untitled project.
The film which is jointly bankrolled by Suriya's 2D Entertainment and Viacom 18, is expected to go on floors from April 20, 2019, while an official announcement on the cast and crew is awaited.
