After Hichki, Rani Mukerji is set to be back as a brave cop in Mardaani 2. Mardaani 2 marks the directorial debut of Gopi Puthran, writer of the first Mardaani film. The movie is being produced by Aditya Chopra under his home banner Yash Raj Films. Like Mardaani, even the second part will have a young guy as the merciless villain. The film will hit the screens this year.
