Jayam Ravi's upcoming cop movie Adanga Maru is set to hit the screens on December 21, 2018 for the Christmas weekend. The film touted to be an action entertainer is directed by debutant Karthik Thangavelu and has Raashi Khanna playing  female lead. 

The movie is bankrolled by Anand under Home Movie Makers and has Sathyan Suryan for cinematography, Lalgudi Ilayaraja for art and Antony L Ruben for the edits.  Sam CS has scored the music.

In the last few days, a lot of films have been announced for the Christmas 2018 weekend. While Vijay Sethupathi's Seethakathi and Vishnu Vishal's Silukkvarpatti Singam have confirmed release date, the other films are yet to officially announce a release date.
