NTR Biopic is one of the most awaited films in Tollywood featuring Nandamuri Balakrishna in the titular role as 'NTR'. The film is a biopic on actor-turned-politician Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR). Rana Daggubati who essays the role of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in the film shared his first look poster on his social media page.

Rana also shared a poster in which he features alongside NTR on the occasion of Vinayaga Chathurthi. Chandrababu Naidu is the son-in-law of N T Rama Rao. Chandrababu married NTR's daughter Bhuvaneswari in 1980.

The film also stars Vidya Balan, who will be seen playing the role of NTR's wife Basavatarakam. Rakul Preet will also play the role of Sridevi in the film. Bengali actor Jisshu Sengupta and many prominent actors from Tollywood are expected to make a cameo appearance in the film. Directed by Krish, NTR Biopic is set to hit the screens for Sankranthi 2019. The film has music composed by MM Keeravani.
