Vijay Sethupathi who is awaiting the release of 96 and Chekka Chivantha Vaanam in the near future has reportedly been working on other new projects, besides being a part of Seethakathi, Super Deluxe and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy (Telugu).
Word has it that the actor has signed up for a new film with Vaalu, Sketch director Vijay Chander and Veeram, Bairava producers Vijaya Productions. However an official announcement on the same is yet to be made. (//Update: Film has been officially announced and will begin from Feb, 2019)
Added to this, Vijay Sethupathi has also completed shooting for a movie titled Kadaisi Vivasayi, with director Manikandan of Kaaka Muttai, Kuttramae Thandanai and Aandavan Kattalai fame. Apparently the actor plays a small role in this movie which has Yogi Babu as one of its lead actors.
