Rajkummar Rao's latest outing Stree is doing fantastic business at the Box Office and has been declared 'Super Hit' by the trade in just four days. The versatile actor who is basking in the success of Stree, will be playing the lead role in a film titled 'Made in China'. The film will be directed by National Award Winning director Mikhil Musale of "Wrong Side Raju" fame. After Gold, Brahmastra and Romeo Akbar Walter, 'Naagin' fame Mouni Roy is all set to romance Rajkummar Rao in Made In China. Boman Irani plays a pivotal role. 

Rajkummar will play a struggling Gujarati businessman, who sets on a journey to China in order to make his business flourish and to become a successful entrepreneur. The film will go on floors on September 11, 2018 in Ahmedabad. It will be majorly shot in China with parts being shot in Ahmedabad. Dinesh Vijan of ‘Stree’ fame will be producing the film. Made in China is set to release in the summer of 2019.
