The makers of Fanney Khan have released the first song 'Mohabbat' which also happens to be the introductory song of Aishwariya Rai in the film. The song sung by Sunidhi Chauhan has music by Tanishk Bagchi and lyricis by Irshad Kamil. Aishwarya plays a famous pop singer in the movie and the song has been choreographed by International choreographer Frank Gatson Jr who has earlier worked with Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez amongst others. 

The makers had earlier released a poster featuring Rajinkanth, before the launch of the trailer, which gained huge popularity among the fans. Fanney Khan starring Anil Kapoor, Aishwariya Rai Bachchan and Rajkummar Rao in the lead roles is directed by Atul Manjrekar. Fanney Khan is a story about a father who wishes to fulfill the dream of his daughter who aspires to be a singer. The film is said to be a remake of Everybody's Famous.
