Mr. Chandramouli starring Karthik, Gautham Karthik, Regina Cassandra and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar in the lead roles directed by Thiru hit the screens on Friday. The film received mixed reviews, despite an interesting concept and ample pre-release promotions. 

Mr. Chandramouli has taken a decent opening and collected Rs. 4.11 crore nett in its opening weekend (July 6 - 8) in TN Box Office. It has grossed Rs. 93 lakhs in 3 days in Chennai City. The film leads in the top position this week in Chennai City Box Office.
