The official trailer of Anil Kapoor, Rajkumar Rao and Aishwarya Rai starrer Fanney Khan is finally out and the man with the Rajinikanth mask has been revealed to be none other than Fanney Khan aka Anil Kapoor. Fanney Khan is an official remake of the Oscar nominated film Everybody's Famous! and is touted to be a musical comedy. The movie is directed by Atul Manjerekar and is about Fanney Khan's Seventeen-year-old daughter (Pihu Sand) who is a regular at singing contests but she never wins and is often ridiculed for her overweight.

When her father looses his job, he decides to kidnap the number one singer in the country (Aishwarya Rai) for money, with the help of Rajkumar Rao and the kidnapping greatly increases sales of Rai's latest album. Also starring Divya Dutta, Karan SIngh Chabbra, Anaitha Nair and others, Fanney Khan has Amit Trivedi for music, Tirru for cinematography and Monisha R Baldawa for edits. This production venture of T-series,ROMP and AA Films will hit theatre screens on August 3, 2018.
