Tamizh Padam 2 (TP 2), sequel to the first ever spoof film in Tamil had a new poster release earlier today and it features the film's female lead Ishwarya Menon. The poster is a spoof of the recently released Nadigaiyar Thilagam (Mahanati in Telugu), which was a Keerthy Suresh starrer biopic on actress Savithri. C.S. Amudhan, director of TP 2 also sent out a tweet suggesting that the movie is releasing sometime soon, while the poster maintains a July release. [Buzz is that the film will hit theatre screens on July 13, 2018]

Tamizh Padam 2 starrs Shiva, Disha Pandey, Sathish, Santhana Bharathi and Manobala among others and is bankrolled by Sashikanth's YNOT Studios. The film has Kannan for music, Gopi Amarnath for cinematography and T.S. Suresh for the edits.
