The anti piracy cell of the TFPC (TamilNadu Film Producers Council) is working hard to combat piracy. The anti-piracy wing has been zeroing in on the masterminds who rob the industry of its rightful earning. The core team is set out to remove illegal links of Tamil movies from websites and also from Facebook and YouTube. The Anti-piracy wing played a vital role during Kaala release by removing over 12000 pirated links. The team has been working very effectively on its mission to kill piracy.
As a mark of recognition and appreciation for the good work done by the team in eliminating piracy, Central Government has invited the members of TFPC's Anti Piracy Cell to chart out a framework to combat piracy. The official account of Anti Piracy Cell posted a tweet regarding the invitation from Central Government.
