The official trailer of Akshay Kumar's upcoming sports drama Gold, which is an ode to 70 years of free India’s first Gold medal at the 1948 Olympics, has been unveiled. Akshay Kumar plays Tapan Das in the movie who is determined to make a name for his country without the over-shadow of the British Empire.

Gold is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, directed by Reema Kagti and is all set to release on the 15th August 2018.
