It was made official today that Rajkumar Hirani's upcoming biopic film on actor Sanjay Dutt is titled Sanju. and a teaser unveiling the different looks of Ranbir Kapoor playing the lead role was released. The film, which is scheduled to hit the screens on June 29, 2018.

Produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra in association with Fox Star, Sanju also features an ensemble cast of Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Jim Sarbh, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Manisha Koirala, Paresh Rawal and Karishma Tanna. Actress Anushka Sharma will be seen in the role of a lawyer whereas veteran actress Tabu will be seen in a cameo in the film.
