Just before the weekend, we had brought to you an insider's report of director Rajesh's film with Santhanam getting dropped and his possible collaboration with actor Sivakarthikeyan. Now, reports suggest that this team-up is likely to be produced by Studio Green as the banner already has dates of actor Sivakarthikeyan and director Rajesh.
Studio Green was supposed to bankroll Vignesh Shivan's Kaathuvaakla Rendu Kadhal starring Sivakarthikeyan and apparently had a two-film deal with director Rajesh. Since Vignesh Shivan opted out of the former and Rajesh has only directed one film so far (All in All Azhagu Raja) for the banner, talks are on for starting Sivakarthikeyan's project with director Rajesh.
It is worth mentioning here that Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kadhal was supposed to start filming by March this year. So it is highly likely that if materialised, Sivakarthikeyan may begin this project before he starts the sci-fi film with Ravi Kumar. The actor is currently shooting for director Ponram's Seema Raja with Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Simran, Napoleon and Soori in pivotal roles and 24 AM Studios producing it.
