Confirmed - It is Yuvan Shankar Raja for Dhanush in Maari 2
Couple of months ago, one of the major industry buzzes was the news of Yuvan Shankar Raja scoring music for Dhanush starrer Maari 2. Now, director Balaji Mohan who has thus far announced the cast and crew of the film made Yuvan's inclusion official as well. He took to his twitter page to write :

While it is being said that director initially approached Anirudh Ravichander for his film, the composer of Maari 2's prequel is said to have politely turned down the offer, thus paving way for the Yuvan-Dhanush re-union after 10 years. Touted to be a Tamil-Telugu bilingual, Maari 2 is produced by Wunderbar Films and also starrs Sai Pallavi, Krishna and Tovino Thomas in it.
