Amala Paul is getting good reviews for her performance in the just released Thiruttu Payale. She plays a wife, who gets trapped with a Facebook stalker due to her own social media addiction. Amala is one of the busiest heroines around and 2018 will see a regular stream of releases for her. In a recent interview, Amala was asked about Nayanthara's soaring career graph and 'Lady Superstar' status. She was profuse in her praise,

"I'm very happy for Nayanthara and for the way Aramm has performed. There is a stigma that heroine-centric films won't work and that heroes drive the show. At the end of the day, it's all about the content.

I like the way Nayan is choosing her films now. She has always been a fighter and I've grown up seeing her films. I look up to her and I'm proud about her stature today. It's a good change that films like Aramm are being accepted."
