Dhadak : Sridevi's daughter Jhanvi debuts with Ishaan Khattar
Tamil cinema's once famous actress Sridevi, finally has an onscreen look-alike in the form of her daughter. The 20 year old Jhanvi Kapoor had a dream first look launch of her debut film Dhadak, earlier today. Her introduction along with Ishaan Khattar's (her co-star and Shahid Kapoor's brother) was done by producer Karan Johar through his social media posts. Later, posters of the film, which is a production venture of Dharma Productions were released.
Dhadak is a remake of Marathi super-hit Sairat and will be directed by Shashank Khaitan of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania fame. The film and hits theatre screens on July 6, 2018.
