Vijay 62 signs a young cinematographer
Industry sources confirm that Malayalam cinematographer Girish Gangadharan of Solo, Kali and Angamaly Diaries fame has been roped in to wield the camera for Thalapathy 62 / Vijay 62 (tentative reference). To be directed by AR Murugadoss, Mersal actor Vijay's 62nd film will be produced by Sun Pictures and will begin shooting by January, 2018 (with some recent reports suggesting it might begin a month earlier). The film is expected to hit theatre screens for Diwali in November, 2018. An official word on the female lead, music composer and other technicians are eagerly awaited.
