Shooting updates on Rajinikanth's Kaala 

Superstar Rajinikanth starrer Kaala, which is known to have completed over 70 percent of the shooting has resumed its filming process today. And if reports are anything to go by, then the film will wrap shooting in the next 45 days, just in time for the audio launch of 2.0 (Rajinikanth's other film) at Dubai. Written and directed by Pa. Ranjith, Kaala has an ensemble that consists of names like Huma Qureshi, Samuthirakani, Anjali Patil, Nana Patekar, Sukanya, Eswari Rao, Sayaji Shinde, Sampath Raj, Ravi Kale, Pankaj Tripathi, Aravind Akash, Dhileepan, Yatin Karyekar and Sakshi Agarwal among others. 

The film has Santhosh Narayanan scoring the music and G Murali cranking the camera with Sreekar Prasad signed up for editing. Kaala is bankrolled by Dhanush under his home banner Wunderbar Films and is scheduled for release next year, after 2.0.
