Varun Dhawan's October based on Hollywood film Her?

Shoojit Sircar’s next film ‘October’ starring Varun Dhawan is reportedly inspired on a Hollywood film called ‘Her’.

The film has been described as a romantic, sci-fi film. A source told DNA India, “It’s a love story about one character like the Hollywood flick Her — a romantic sci-fi drama that was about a man who develops a relationship with an intelligent computer operating system personified through a female voice. While it will be slightly different, the film will be high on medical jargon. It’s sort of an experiment that the makers hope will strike a chord with the current generation.”

October stars Varun Dhawan and Banita Sandhu in the lead roles. Varun will start shooting for this film in Delhi in September. The film slated to release on the 1st of June 2018.
