Megastar Chiranjeevi's 151st film Syeraa Narasimha Reddy is multi-lingual to be directed by Dhruva fame Surender Reddy. The film which also starrs Amitabh Bachchan, Tamil actors Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Kannada actor Kichcha Sudeep and Jagapathi Babu is currently in pre-production stage. However, it has been revealed that lavish sets have been planned to be constructed at Pollachi (Tamil Nadu), Hyderabad and Rajasthan by art director Rajeevan. 

The film is touted to be a historical drama based on the life of Renati Suryudu - a warrior monk who revolted against the British Raj. The technical crew of this film includes A.R. Rahman for the music, Ravi Varman for cinematography and the Prachuri brothers for dialogues. Syeraa Narasimha Reddy will be bankrolled by actor Ram Charan Teja under Kondidela Production Company.
