Actress Nayanthara who is packed with movies like Imaikaa Nodigal, Kolayuthir Kaalam, Aramm and Velaikkaran in Tamil is in the news for being approached for a Kannada film. The project in question is the upcoming magnum opus Kurukshetra and reportedly the actress has been approached for the role of Draupadi. While she is yet to give her nod for the film, it was her role in Rama Rajyam that is said to have made the makers consider her for the role and if everything materializes, the actress will be making a come-back to Sandalwood after 6 years (Her only Kannada film was Super in 2011). Tipped to go on floors from July 23, Krukshetra has Kannada actors Darshan playing Duryodhana and V Ravichandran playing Krishna in the film.
