Aamir Khan to play a 40 minute extended cameo in Secret Superstar

After the success of his last venture, ‘Dangal’, Aamir Khan is all set for his next project, Secret Superstar. Aamir khan will be next seen in extended cameo in his next production, Advait Chandan's directorial debut, Secret Superstar. SRK has done something commendable by accepting the role in Dear Zindagi which was only 30 minutes. Now, Aamir Khan is doing the cameo in Secret Superstar which is around 40 minutes.

According to DNA India, Khan plays a musician in the film, which revolves around a young aspiring singer. Zaira Wasim, who starred with Khan in ‘Dangal’ will be playing the young girl in the film.

The movie, which is touted to be a musical drama, is directed by Advait Chandan and has ‘Dangal’ actress Zaira Wasin in the lead role. While Zaira plays a aspiring musician in the flick, who saves her mother from her abusive father with the help of an alcoholic divorcee, Aamir’s character will be instrumental in giving her a platform.

The film is scheduled for release on 4 August 2017.
