Aamir Khan’s Dangal beats PK to become highest-grossing Hindi film
Dangal is the Biggest Bollywood Grosser of 2016 and All Time Record in just 17 Days. Aamir Khan’s Dangal has overtaken his previous film PK to become the highest-grossing Hindi film in history.
After third weekend, Dangal stands at 345 crore breaking the 340 crore mark of PK in just 17 days at the box office. The collections of Dangal also include the business from Tamil & Telugu versions which have collected around 11 crore at the box office.

Aamir Khan is the first Bollywood Actor to score Hat-trick All Time Blockbusters (Dhoom 3, PK and Dangal) in their career.
Adarsh also noted that with overseas earnings of Rs 180 crore, Dangal has become the highest-grossing Hindi film in USA, Canada and Australia.
Dangal, based on the real-life story of wrestlers Geeta and Babita Phogat, and their father and trainer Mahavir Singh Phogat, was released to ecstatic reviews in December 2016.
