Dangal crosses 150 crore mark in 5 days

Dangal has been creating waves at the Box Office ever since its release. Aamir Khan and Shakshi Tanwar starrer got positive response from the audience and critics for its  powerful performances. 

The film which crossed the 100 crore mark on its third day has achieved yet another milestone on its fifth day. The film had minted more than Rs. 155.53 cr at the end of five days. Tuesday collections are an all time record for a Non Holiday Tuesday beating Bajrangi Bhaijaan but below Kick which had collected 26 Crores on a holiday.

Friday - Rs. 29.78 cr

Saturday - Rs. 34.82 cr

Sunday - Rs. 42.35 cr

Monday - Rs. 25.48 cr

Tuesday - Rs. 23.07 cr

Total – Rs. 155.53 cr

Dangal is releasing on  more than 4300  screens across India inclusive of around 100 screens each in Tamil and telugu .

In Overseas Dangal is releasing in close to 1000 screens with widest release in North America, UAE, GCC , UK and Australia.

The movie starring Aamir Khan and Shakshi Tanwar in the lead roles. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, "Dangal" will also portray Aamir as a father of two daughters. Newcomers Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra will play the role of Geeta Phogat and Babita Kumari respectively, the wrestler's daughters who also happen to be wrestlers.
