Ayushmann Khurrana - Bhume Pednekar 'Manmarziyan' to be shelved?

'Manmarziyan’ has come across a few obstacles before being put on hold completely. However, news now has it that the Aanand L Rai production might not see the light of the day now.

According to TOI, Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pendekar are now busy with their respective other projects. As such, Rai has been looking for another director to take on the project after things with Ashwint Iyer Tiwari didn’t really work out. He seems to have having difficulty finding the right person as he is apparently a perfectionist. As such, it could well be that the film is eventually shelved.

No doubt this will be disheartening for some but Khurrana will be seen next in ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’ and ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’. Pednekar, on the other hand, is now shooting for ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’.
