The film has hit the 100 crore in 12 days making it the fourth fastest 100 crore grosser of 2016 after Sultan, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story and Rustom.

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is the third movie of Ranbir Kapoor to have entered the Rs. 100 crore club. Barfi! and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani are the other two movies Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is Karan Johar’s first movie as a director to have entered the Rs. 100 crore club.
