Akshay Kumar to do a cameo in Akira?

Akira is director AR Murugadoss's third Hindi film after Ghajini and Holiday, both of which were huge Box Office hits. Sonakshi will play the title role in the action thriller, which is the official remake of the superhit 2011 Tamil film, Mouna Guru.

According to Filmfare report, Akshay Kumar will be seen in a special cameo appereance in the movie. Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha have previously worked together in Holiday. The film will see Sonakshi in an career-first, action-packed avatar and will also feature Anurag Kashyap play the antagonist. The film is slated to release on September 2.
