Rustom crosses 50 crore mark in the opening weekend

Akshay Kumar starrer Rustom movie is performing very well along with garnering positive reviews. The film has minted Rs. 50.42 crore in its opening weekend. Rustom is doing good business in India as well as in overseas markets. It has crossed the 50 crore mark in the opening weekend.

Saturday - Rs. 16.43 cr

Sunday - Rs. 19.88 cr

Total - Rs. 50.42 cr

The film has recorded the fourth biggest opening weekend of the year after Sultan (Rs 107 crore), Housefull 3 (Rs 53.31 crore) and Fan (Rs 52.10 crore). Rustom stars Akshay Kumar as Naval officer Rustom Pavri who is being questioned to be a traitor. The film also stars Ileana D’Cruz and Esha Gupta in key roles.
