Dishoom Opening Weekend Boxoffice Collection

Varun Dhawan and John Abraham-starrer "Dishoom" had a good opening weekend at the domestic box office. After the sixth biggest opening day collection, "Dishoom" has now recorded the sixth highest opening weekend collection at the domestic box office. The film has minted Rs.37.32 cr in its opening week.

"Dishoom" shattered the records of Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt-starrer "Udta Punjab" to become the sixth highest opening weekend grosser and also took its gross income to half century mark. "Udta Punjab" minted Rs. 33.80 crore, while "Dishoom" raked in Rs. 37.32 crore.

The film features John, Varun and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles. Akshay Khanna also plays a pivotal role in the film and is seen in a negative character. Akshay Kumar, Parineeti Chopra, Nargis Fakhri and Saqib Saleem are also a part of the film in cameos.
