Mysskin response to open letter in Mugamoodi Press meet

Read the Open Letter published in MovieCrow to Mysskin before proceeding further. To summarize, the question was specifically asking why  Mysskin didn't give due credits to the key technicians in his full page Mugamoodi poster. The author also pointed out that this is not an isolated incident and Mysskin has a track record of not giving credit to technicians when looking at the posters from his previous movies .

One of the press members asked the very same question during the Mugamoodi press meet last week. Mysskin responded by saying that there was no ulterior motive nor wrong intentions to hide credits and eclipse the individual team member's contributions. He said that his personal preference for his movie posters is to have a plain and spacious look. He doesn't like words cluttering the posters. Mysskin mentioned that even in the hoarding placed for his very first movie, Chithiram Pesuthadi, none of the names (including that of himself as a director) was printed.

In Mysskin's usual quirky style, he shocked the press community with one additional piece of information about Jiiva that he shared. Mysskin said that he was compelled to have his title say "Jiiva's Mugamoodi"only because of Jiiva's insistence. Otherwise, Mysskin's preference was to drop Jiiva's name as well from the posters and just go plain and simple as "Mugamoodi".
