Airlift will make you Proud Indian : Akshay Kumar

Actor Akshay Kumar, who is currently awaiting the release of his forthcoming film “Airlift”, says it will make you proud to be an Indian. “Airlift” is based on the story of a massive evacuation of Indians during the Iraq-Kuwait war in 1990. Akshay also shared a new poster on his twitter page

Directed by Raja Krishna Menon, “Airlift” also stars actors Nimrat Kaur as Akshay’s character’s wife named Amrita Katyal, and Purab Kohli, who will be seen sporting a rugged look, as Ibrahim Durani – a small town man from India who works in the Middle East. The film is slated to hit the screens on January 22, 2016.
